Nice Condo for Lease in Beijing

I have a furnished one-bedroom nice condo (106 sq meter) for lease located at NW between 3rd and 4th ring road, easy access to everywhere. It's the 3rd floor on top of a fair new 5 star hotel.

Under-ground shopping mall has it all - supermarket, backery, exercise club, kTV, night club, restaurents, bars, coffee shop.

The huge living room could be set up as an office as optional. Asking USD 1000 per month plus utilities minimum one year contract.

Whoa....that's crazy expensive! Is this what Beijing's housing market is coming to? $1,000 US per month for a one bedroom!? Wow.

Sorry,I have made a mistake!

I mean that the price was not high is $1000 one month for one bedroom!Maybe 1000RMB one month!

Cali ,you mean RMB 1000 for a single furnished bedroom one month is not very expensive in Beijing,right ?
How do you think $1000 for that room ? acceptable ? I know you are an expert on it :P

1000RMB is a normal price,the house was not in the downtown.

I can't accept that price,if I pay $1000,I prefer to live in the Forbidden City:-)Joking!!!

You know,Beijing has 6 Ring Roads!and Inside of Fourth Ring Road,we called downtown,but it is also far away from Tian'anmen Square!Beijing was so large!

So the prices were different!!!I can't tell you very exactly!

For example,the common residential area,one bedroom about 1500---1800RMB/one month,two bedroom 1800---2500RMB/one month,above 3000 for three bedrooms!

Not very correctly!
