Travel from Shanghai to Guilin

I thought there was a flight from Shanghai to Guilin but when I looked I couldn't find any. It seems the closest airport is Luizhou. Would appreciate any help on best way to get from Shanghai to Guilin and I plan to go to Yangshuo. Anyone know anything about Luizhou if I have to fly there? thanks! Gaia

What you thought is right, there are direct flights(lots) from Shanghai to Guilin.

Yangshuo is definitely worth the visit- the countryside is amazing and the we found it one of the more relaxing places in China on our visit- have a good time.
