We plan to fly out of Shenzhen Airport to our next travel destination within China. Questions: 1. How long (time-wise) is the ferry trip from HK to Shenzhen Airport? 2. How long before our flight departure time should we plan on arriving at the Shenzen Airport ferry landing? 3. What will be the departure times of the HK--Shenzhen Airport ferry between 2pm and 6pm in the Sept., 2006 time frame? Any information that you can provide in response to these questions will be appreciated.

FAERIEQUEENE Points: Join Date: Aug 8, 2006 Status: Offline	Take the ferry (Turbojet) from Tsimishatsui, Kowloon (China HK city near Marco Polo Hotel) to Shenzhen airport (called Fu Yong Harbour) It takes about one hour ten a ten minutes free shuttle to the airport. check this out from the official site for schedule: http://www.turbojet.com.hk/turbojet_sailing_rev.htm if you've got the ferry tickets, just arrive shortly before departure.

HIGHFLYINGCLIVE Points: Join Date: Aug 20, 2006 Status: Offline	Pay a little extra and travel first class on the Turbojet ferry to Shenzhen. It makes a big difference. Big bonus - first class passengesr disembark before the ordinary people on the lower deck, so you are at the head of the queue for immegration control. Ask for a seat on the port (left) side of the vessel - there is no view, other than empty water - from the starboard side.

Hi!

We want to travel from Shenzhen Airport to Hong Kong by Ferry. I am aware that there are only a limited amount of ferries from Shenzhen Airport (Fuyong) to Hong Kong. Can anyone help me with a few other questions?

1. Exactly where at the airport can we purchase ferry tickets for this trip. Can they be purchased on-line in advance?

2.How long does the transit bus take to get from the Airport to the Ferry?

3. On the whole, how much time do you think is needed between luggage collection at the carousel to boarding the ferry?

ELLYSE Points: Join Date: Oct 30, 2005 Status: Offline	I've heard that the Fuyong dock is under reconstruction or something at the moment, so the ferries might not be running there.
