English speaking guide in Hohhot

My stay in Hohhot is an extension to a conference participation in Xian. It would be nice to be guided by an English-speaking person (student in English?) for a couple of days while staying in Hohhot. I'm particularly interested in getting a better understanding of how people live in Hohhot, but do also plan to spend a "touristy" day at the grasslands. Any suggestions? regards Magne (Norway)
