Anti-aging pills & creams are one of the best selling products in the market. Guys are just as keen on these products as women.

Do these products sell because of good advetising or do they really work? Can these products be trusted knowing that they are not cheap. We may end up spending money for nothing.

There are ways to make people look younger - like healthy & happy life, no excessive and inappropriate cravings, etc. But mostly the characteristics and way of life decides if some poeple look younger than the same or similar aged people. Some pills & creams help indeed. Some pills help people with keeping the balance in their bodies and creams help preventing the loss of moisture from our skin... but the excessive use of pills and creams may cause damage too. There is an old Chinese saying: 过犹不及-going beyond is just as wrong as not going far enough.

Be Young and Happy!!!

There is an old English proverb: "There is no fool like an old fool" BUT if you do find one that works please tell this old fool so he can buy some :)

Hi Dreamcatcher
These products sell not because of good advertising or usually because they work- they sell because of the fear people have of looking old when they still feel young inside. I tell my children that we- their parents- are really only teenagers in older persons bodies and they laugh. But I think this is very true, we still want to have fun and explore and climb those mountains - it's only the body that gets old not the spirit within. Commercialism relies on us being vain enough to not only have a young spirit but a young looking "body" as well. Such a shame really. Let your body grow old graciously and never let the spirit age.

Whether you are yong or not lies in the state of your mind not the age.

This is my opinion. Although I am in my twenties, I feel as old as my grandma. :(
