He Shan (Guangdong) to Quanzhou (Fujian)

Nihao,
Still trying to find the best way to get from Heshan to Quanzhou. Do I go back to HK, Guangzhou, or Shenzhen to catch a train or coach. Don't know what would be faster aside from the plane.

I still can't find Heshan on the map, so I'm not sure which would be the closest train station (it doesn't have a train station of its own), but I'll guess Guangzhou.
Quanzhou's train links are very limited, no trains going anywhere near Guangzhou. If you want, you could take a train from Guangzhou to Xiamen, then take a bus to Quanzhou (about 2 hours away). Or, you could try taking a bus directly from Guangzhou to Quanzhou.
