re-entry on an F visa

Hi,
Aney body know, which visa will allow us to live in china freely? (one VISA will allow us to do mult entry, to do work, to do bussiness for 1/2/3 years?)

EWORLD. There is no such visa. If you want to conduct business you should probably seek an F visa (business). I think you should consider 6 months, with multiple entry, as the longest duration you will get unless you have strong business reasons for longer (such as an engineer who needs to come over a longer period until a project is completed) This visa requires an invitation from a Chinese organisation. If you cannot easily get this yourself you can try an agency that claims to be able to get them for you..... I noticed an entry in a forum discussion on my way into here. Bear in mind that legally this does not entitle you to work here...and although I have not seen it stated, it should allow you to be contracted from overseas.
