Hey there,

Have you ever heard of Pengzu, the father of Chinese cuisine? He was born about four thousand years ago.

It is said that he lived for over 800 years and was honored as the 'God of Longevity'.

Some even say that he is the most knowledgable expert in preserving human's health.

Anyone who knows more about him? : )

Pengzu has conculded many ways to keep health. What he mentioned has become the basic knowlege of how to mix different kinds of food together and how to cook.

I learnt Malay, Western and Thai cooking but Chinese only based from some books. Dear Rajan, you can find many recipe books about Chinese cooking, some of them were published by Marshall & Cavendish; or you can search the internet. Have a good try.
