Even it is so, if he feel himself as a Manjurian/Manchurian he will be for us a Manchurian. We can see in China that many Manchurians are enough han-assimilated, so it is not difficult to accept as a Machurian every person who claim himself as a Manchurian (the young generation and middle generation as I can see can not speak Manchurian language. The are han-speaking).

Tibetan? Not typical. Of course Qinnghai is a place where the Tibetan DNA probably is mixed with some Han's and Turkic's, at least.
