There are a few Mandarin training centers in Shenzhen. New Concept Mandarin is one of the bigger ones. Any of the language businesses that cater to foreigners will be expensive. Ask around or post an ad online looking for a private tutor--you can probably get one for 50-150RMB/hr depending on experience.
