3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms(one is in western style), a balcony with nice mountain view and two-seats rocking chair, another balcony with tatami for drinking teas, at 6 floor with elevators availible. The Garden has top level estate management and security service, quiet and air fresh environment, swiming pools(just in summer),tennis court,etc. An English school just for foreigners is nearby.
Intending renting price is about 5,000 RMB/month.
