You can't use the ferries from Hong Kong airport as you're not arriving at Hong Kong airport on that day that you're going to Macau.
Try First Ferry (http://www.nwff.com.hk/eng/fare_table/local-macau/?section=Macau) which operates from China Ferry Terminal in Kowloon instead.

you can take MTR to Tsim Sha Tsui Station (Exit A) to China HK Centre to take the ferry. The other pier is the Shun Tak Centre where you have to go to Sheung Wan Station

GUEST02060 Hi !

I will be visiting Hong Kong for the first time on August 19. Please tell me in detail how I could reach Harbour Hotel. If I would take Bus A21 and alight in Canton road, what would I do next? Is Harbour Hotel walking distance from Canton road?

A21 only has stop along Nathan Road. I think u have to alight at Changsha Street, Nathan Road or Grand Tower, Nathan Road and walk to the hotel.
Go to www.centamap.com and search for the walking direction.

Please be "un-lazy" enough to start doing your own homework at: http://www.macautourism.gov.mo/en/index.php
Look, you have quite a few weeks and you're only planning for 1 day in Macau! You could well afford to spend some of your time reading up!
