Im planning on going to Hohot for the summer festival. It falls between mid July to Mid August does anyone know if its finished or have any tips for me on it? Is it safe to travel alone or should I seek people to travel with. Im leaving Xian on thurs the 9th.

It's different in different grassland,I don't know which one you will go.
