5 day trip hong kong to guilin yangshuo

Hello,
We are going to china december 18. we want to take a 5 day trip from hong kong to Yanshuo and Guilin. any idea how far this is and what the easiest way to do this is?

Is there an excursion by bus? Can we go by train? How about locally in Guilin or Yangshuo?
