Why do you think that it is sad the children go to school in a cave?
Education does not depend on the school house so long as the students are warm and dry. Education requires a patient instructor; a willing student; and parental encouragement so that the student will be diligent and persevere.

Griz, it is true that the conditions in mountain areas are really hard. Some students even study in the 'classroom' that nearly collapses. People do not have money to build bright classrooms for them. The teacher there actually do not have good educational backgrounds. But they are very responsible and hard-working. Due to the harsh conditions, most of those graduates from nornal universities wouldn't like to work there. Those parents are most illiterates or semi-illiterates. How can they teach their children? Those students in the poor classroom even do not know if they can continue their studies in the future because they are really poor. Perhaps they will go home and work after they graduate from primary school. Sigh, really sad to see these.
