Many of the movies featured that the earth is invaded by aliens and finally Americans save the world. Seriously, I am pondering what we can do if we are invaded by aliens from other planets. Can our conventional weapons and nuke arms resist the attack of aliens? What will you do if one day aliens invade our earth?

While I do not believe our planet will be invaded by space aliens, I believe there is a simple rule: technology wins. A pistol beats a knife. A rifle beats a pistol. A machinegun beats a rifle. A deadly ray gun beats a machinegun ;-)

If there are aliens and they are able to get to earth, it means they are thousands of years more technologically advanced than us. It could mean they have the power to disappear and reappear at will because they have mastered how to manipulate the atoms that make up stuff. It could also mean that they could travel faster than the speed of light or at least as fast as the speed of light. It could also mean that they came from another galaxy millions of light years away. We can’t even land humans on Mars yet. >_<
