Here is some details about my room.
Location: Haidian District, Beijing,
Which is west of the Olympic Forest Park. From the Olympic Sports Center (Bird Nest), the National Stadium and the Olympic Swimming Center (Water Cube) only 3 kilometers.
Rent require: At least 17 days in the Olympic games, pay all once and earnest under discussion. Please order early.
1st floor of 22 floors building , 88 Sq.m.
3 bad rooms , 1 living room.
4 air conditions
1 microwave oven
1 refrigeratory
1 washing machine
3 Telephone
Free WIFI for Internet
(one computer with English windows system if needed -- not free)

Renting Apartments during Olympic Games in Beijing
The apartment is about 5kms off the Olympic Parks core area. This apartment is superfine furnished with TV set, refrigerator, washing machine, air-conditioner, microwave oven, and water heater. Telephone/ADSL facility is available. It is quite spacious and clean, including 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 1 kitchen and 2 bathrooms, totally 178 square meters.
The warmest house owner speaks very good English, is familiar with Beijing sightseeing places providing with you the best recommendations of touring in Beijing.
The compound is surrounded with supermarket, hospital, restaurant, bank, etc. which provide you a convenient and comfortable atmosphere.
There are over 30 bus lines and 2 subways (line5 and line13) near the apartment, which can bring you almost everywhere of the city including the sightseeing places and Olympic Games sites.

HI all
I'm not agency (I'm working in a water-treament equipment company ),
I post this thread as "GUEST17100", when I find other people reply I think it's better get a ID here , I got the ID "navyyang"
I build the websit of our uptown 3 years before. and I hope you can find a good choice from our uptown..If needed I can intoduce some other apartment from my neighbors , (but I'm not sure ).
I think Paypal is better , and cash or credit card accepted too.
There are 3 students from Taiwan live in the apartment now, they will leave Beijing 20 July to 30 Aug. So the apartment only available in Aug. 2008
You can get a lower price if you order earleier. If you will stay more than 20 days , you can get a better discount.
