There was a television programme on channel 5 in the UK about this very subject, there is a boy here in England who is equally small, I forget how old he is but he goes to school and is no
bigger than a 3 year old, it seems these children are born with a rare condition that prevents natural growth, very sad to see.

i agree this is very sad. and noody should make fun of these people with these rare condition. my great grandmas sons cousin has this same condition. bless all you rare kids. love channel oxtend

Lion, Lion, achondroplacia is caused by a mutation in chromosome 4. It is hereditary.
So perhaps her parents did not even have a possibility to know their child might become like that.
