I got another one in futian district, Zhuzilin residential area, opposite to the Futian Coach terminal, there are 4 rooms, 1 room is available from september 1st.
rent: 900 RMB (all fees such as electronic fee, water fee, property management fee are included).
inhouse facilities: air-conditioner, TV, water heater, refrigerator, internet(share fee with other roommate)
all roommate now are male, and non is foreigner, if you are interested please call at : 15899775406.

great hongkong view one side and litchi park other side,
