We offer daily cleaning to the apartment. Also, our apartment is located next to Baiyun International Convention Center and Guangzhou Gymnasium, the 2 most important landmark building in Guangzhou, therefore, the Guangzhou government pay great emphasis to ensure the safety of this area. Therefore, thjs area is much safer than other district in Guangzhou, Besides, in our neighbourhood, there is 24 hr. security guard in entrance and around the area. So, definitely you can put your mind at ease. With regard to meals, if you would like to get a taste of normal Cantonese meals in China, we are the great place to be.. Esp. Chinese pay great emphasis on soup. Since we believe U have to drink the right soup base on different season to ensure your body would be in equilibrium state with the seasons. Our apartments are 20 min. by taxi from city center like Beijing Road, Shangxia Jiu Road, Garden Hotel, China Hotel, train station etc. With regard to the price, our general monthly rate in non Canton Fair period start from US$450. But since U come during Canton Fair period, and there is surcharge during Canton Fair period, so you need to tell us the exact date of arrival, so we can calculate the exact rate for U.
