Sonia:if that can make you feel better, I don't think any Westener would suggest that you are or describe you as fat..
Just like the Chinese definition of plumpy here seems different than mine..
And just for the math... 50kg is more than 100 lb; 50k is 110 pounds in fact.

I like a woman that feels good in her skin, about herself; big or small...

Yemmei is correct, "what would be considered plump in America would be considered obese in China, especially when it comes to women. "

I met a girl from USA whose name was Heather. She mentioned that a Chinese friend once thought she was fat. Her Chinese friend said to her : " Heather, you are a beauty, but in Tang Dynasty." ( In the Tang Dynasty, 'plumy girls' are thought to be beautiful.) She said in USA all her peers envied her figure. She was a slim girl in American eyes. In China, she was thought to be a fat girl.

Dodger, I learn every day.....I never thought of that as a characterisitic for a successful relationship...in fact never thought of it....but have now added it to the top of my list :)
