Can anybody inform me about real estate situation in China (Shenzhen)? 1) Could I buy real estate in China? I am from Russia. 2) What documents are necessary for foreigners? 3) What is necessary to do to buy apartment - step1, step2 and so on? 4) Is it necessary to register deal in government office? 5) Are there any restrictions or benefits for foreigners? 6) Could foreigner get mortgage loan?
