How to Delete my old post from this community????

Dear All,Dear All Members here, Could you guys let me know how to delete the old post here? I posted posts here ,but its been a long time,some friends also keep sending me emails,so i would like to delete them as well ... If you know,please let me know. Many thanks B.rgds Ally
