I miss the great taste of drunken crab, a well-known Ning Bo cuisine.


The crab is drunken to death after being pickled in sauce with secret recipe involving strong liqor for three day. When eating, you slowly open the shell with the wine overflowing. The taste is highly addictive and unforgettable.
