It asks for lots of patience and perseverance if you want to find a good one. In fact when I tried to help my friend in Yantai, he's not patient enough and I had to do all the searching and call to the unreasonable landlords myself. It almost made me crazy. But luckily, I sticked it out and got a nice and cheap apartment finally^-^ Good luck with it^-^
