Well HERBEAT my computer translates 不管叫什么,玫瑰总是香的 into "No matter calls anything, the rose is always fragrant" which is close, but not quite accurate. I think Shakespeare was trying to poetically say, a name can't change anything.
Or as the Americans might say "putting lipstick on a pig". You can dress up a pig, but it's still a pig.
