give me an advice about changing my visa

DARLING Points: 6 Join Date: Oct 26, 2009 Status: offline	give me an advice about changing my visa i need some help to give myself and my husband a peace of mind about our married life in making our visa..im filipina i just get married with my chinese husband for two months,and we live here in china.i just wanna ask those very kind guys that many knowlege about the rules an visas need in china.my visa will expire this coming nov.20,2009.im holding an f visa now,do i really need to change my f visa into L visa?but as some people says that here in china are not authorized to renue our f visa to l visa dirictly here.so,meaning i need to go back to my country just to change my visa?if yes ,what kind of documents should i take with me from here?please give me a list of documents should i prepare.how long i can get the visa?do i need a 2 ways air ticket and show to the chinese consul?so i could prepare then,thanks a lot.i hope to hear from u soon.

Eligibilty depends on which city you are in, but as a minimum you will need at least an invitation letter from a local business. The organisation thatb heelped you get your curent visa should do it if you are still associated with them, otherwise, what grounds are you seeking eligibility?
