If you speaks Chinese, there're websites you can go. And if you've booked a hotel somewhere in China, you could ask the hotel. But if you want to book it online in English, I'm sorry but I've no idea. Maybe there's someone else who could help?

Hey GUESTROY,
As far as I know, there are 5 fast trains from Tanggu to Beijing: C2272, C2274, C2276, C2278 and C2280. If you are not in a hurry, you needn't book a ticket very early. When you come to Tanggu, you can buy a ticket on your own.
Herbeat offered a good idea. If you stay in a hotel, you can ask help from them.
