zhangjiajie itinerary

Hi, got a 1 week off end of march.wish to visit zhangjiajie. been to huangshan, loved it. thought i'd try something different. I sort of planned my itinerary, but need some help with some confusion

here's the itinerary

27/3 8.20am - depart KL
11:55am - arrives guangzhou
layover - 8hr 10min
8:05pm - depart guangzhou
9:35pm - arrive dayong (*)
stay at hotel (*)

28/3 take bus to zhangjiajie scenic area (admission ¥248) (*)

29/3 8am- hike to Zhangjiajie forest reserver,
natural reserves of suoxiyu gully,
golden whip stream,
natural gallery of ten miles and huangshi village
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
30/3 8am - Tianzi mountain, Yellow Dragon Cave (65RMB).
Boat cruise on baofeng lake (62RMB)

31/3 7am - take a bus at Zhangjiajie Bus Terminal to get to Fenghuan(bus fee: 42RMB, 4 hours, 8:30am). overnight

10:30pm depart dayong

Question 1)
I will arrive at dayong at 9:35pm. Can I straight go to "zhangjiajie scenic area" and stay at a hotel there right after I arrive at the airport? Or do the "scenic area" has open/closing time and needs a ticket?

I assume this: after touch down, stay at a hotel at zhangjiajie city, buy an entrance ticket from the hotel, and take bus to the "scenic area" next morning.

Question 2)
is fenghuang worth to visit?

Question 3)
what can I do on 1st and 2nd of april and morning/afternoon of 3rd april ?

Question 4)
How's the weather on those days?

any advice/thoughts are greatly appreciated

GUEST56202 Where is Dayong ? Are you flying out from Dayong or GZ ?

If you are flying back from GZ, then those days after FH can be spent in Dragon Back Terrace, Guilin, Yangshuo before getting back to GZ.

Same question here, where on earth is Dayong???
1) I don't think you can still stay inside Zhangjiajie park as you're arriving so late. Stay in Zhangjiajie town (right outside), buy the admission ticket the next morning and go in.
2) I suppose so.
3) Fenghuang and perhaps Dahang village?
If this person is flying out from Guangzhou, I don't think there's enough time to slot in Yangshuo and Longsheng's rice terraces in those few days!

4) Ask closer to the date. No one will be able to predict the weather so far in the future!
