TRAVEL TO ENSHI, HUBEI

HEARNSBYS Points: Join Date: Jan 23, 2010 Status: offline	We are planning a trip to Enshi, Hubei and are trying to find out some information regarding buses from Wuhan and Yichang. We need to know how long the bus takes from each place ie wuhan to Enshi and Yichang to Enshi and how frequent the buses are. We have scoured the internet but can't find the information we seek! Many thanks

Hehe, I had the same questions, about 1.5 years ago. :)
Here're some answers but I don't know if they're still accurate. Still, hopefully they'll be of some help to you, just don't take it for the Gospel truth.
Wuhan -- Enshi takes about 6-8 hours. Buses marked with * make a stopover at Enshi and then continue to some other destination.
From Wuhan Jinjiadun long-distance bus station: 0900, 1100, 1400, 1500*, 1600*, 1620*, 1630
From Wuhan Xinhua Lu long-distance bus station: 0830, 1030, 1600, 1630*, 1800, 2100
From Wuhan Hongji long-distance bus station: 1000, 1030*, 1200, 1500*, 1530, 1630, 1700, 1730*, 1940
From Wuhan Fujiapo long-distance bus station: 0930, 1130, 1200, 1500, 1530, 2010
Buses leave from Yichang (not sure where exactly) at 0830, 0930, 1020, 1100, 1150, 1520, 1620, 1840 and 2000. Jouney time is about 3 hours.
