District I need is Baishizhou or OCT. If you have something in Mangrove Bay or Century Village it will be most splendid. But we'll consider other districts as well. PS: I live in Shenzhen for 1 year, working for Chinese company, so we can sign a contract and make a deposit if you prefer, of course no agency fees etc, but we can work out a good compensation.
