Sheepskin raft, you are kidding, I mean how did you know that? It fantastic, you can even see people blow the whole skin up by some luck. But you do not have to take it in the Yellow river, perhaps there are no legal sheepskin sailers. You can touch it and take some pics.

Yes, I did see people take sheepskins rafts in Yellow River, but sheepskin rafting is just like many other activities done sub rosa in China, seems fun and interesting, once accidents happen, no one takes responsibilities.
By the way, there are no licenced sheepskin rafters nowadays.
