There are no bus from shanghai to Yiwu at 22:00..

You can take train from Shanghai South Train station to Yiwu.

Train number:K8401 or K8404

departure time:23:57

Arrival time is 3:40 second day morning.

Maybe also can take pravite car with other people together from shanghai to Yiwu...It will spend 300rmb to 600rmb around depending what's time,what's car....But it's not easy for you if you didn't know shanghai every well....because some body is not very nice...
