Hostel Guide in Xinjiang

I have plan to go to Xinjiang in Sept.
It's very difficult to find a hostel in this area.
I would like to get some help to advise a nice budget hotel in the following city.

-Urumqi
-Koktokay
-Burqin (布尔津 - Buerjin)
- Hemu village (禾木)
- Kanas
- Karamay

I found a hotel in Tripadvisor but i could not found how to contact them.
it's a "Sheep Hostel" ,Hongding Villa Area, Burqin County 836600.

Anyone know this hotel and can provide email or telephone no.

You can stay at youth hostel.It is three storey building.It also provides all facilities like laundry, telephone services,parking etc. with affordable price.
