It shows that your parcel was sent and received on 2015-02-15. Please contact the receiver to confirm this.

GUEST13486 I have a package LN735593538CN that has cleared the sort in Fuzhou on Feb. 14, 2015. It reads that it has been dispatched from Fuzhou, but the U.S. Postal Service says it is still in Fuzhou and has not moved in 18 days. I can not get anyone to advise why this package has not shipped to the United States. It was supposed to arrive here five days ago per the Shipper.

According to what I found, your parcel was actually sent to USA on Feb. 14. If you didn't get it, then I am afraid that might be delayed or lost on the way.

It must refer to your national post in Peru. Once your parcel arrives, it is your national post who sends it to you. So I think you should contact your national post to find out if there is something wrong.
