It's more than a month since your parcel was sent to USA, according to the tracking result. Did you visit local post office? If so, was the staff there who confirmed that your parcel didn't arrive? If so, your parcel might be lost somewhere, I guess. If you didn't go to the post office, please go there for a check. Sometimes online tracking information isn't updated in time.
