William says he didn't spend much time preparing for the competition because he was born to be an ugly man. When he was young, his friends and relatives were scared when they saw him. When he grew up, he couldn't find a job because of his ugly appearance. Well, I don't think he deserves the title of Mr. Ugliest. He looks amiable and his smile is sweet.
