last month a visa application needed 10-15 working days processing the visa. Now it shall be 15-20 working days, means 3-4 weeks - is this right?

There is no VOA in Guangzhou. You have to apply for one in advance.

i am planing to visit China on 26 Jan 2014 me and my family (total us 4 pax) for 5 days after we are going to visit Hong Kong for 2 nights then we be back to China for travel back.
which visa we can get?
I tried to get visa application form through internet but no way.
we are Egyptian nationality.

You should apply for a double entry L type for each of you. The application form can be acquired from the embassy or you can download it from this page:
