International train / hard sleeper

guestbmovieneil Hi guys - I'm new so be nice!
I am interested in booking train tickets from Nanning to Hanoi for the end of August 2014 - I would like to travel hard sleeper - but the only option seems to be soft sleeper - please can anyone advise how to book hard sleeper from outside of china? Many thanks

You may buy the hard sleeper ticket from the Nanning Railway Station when you arrive. This international train is not as busy as other popular routes. You can buy the ticket one or two days in advance when you arrive. Sometimes you may get it on the same day you leave. You are required to provide your passport and legal visa for Vietnam.
