How to report Taxi Drivers who refuse to run meter, and demmand 3 x times the rate.

DGMTEXAS Points: Join Date: Sep 26, 2014 Status: offline	I have lived here a year, and for the most part, most of the Taxi drivers are honest. I have run into several though, who have a fake receipt over the meter, which is not on, or, they want a fixed price, say 100 for a ride that cost around 32. How can you report these type of drivers? I am targeted because I am Expat, but I feel these guys should be off the road, and they are not representing China in a positive way.

GUEST7943	DGMTEXAS, You should report to the local taxi management department. Did you remember the car's license plate? If so, you still have a chance to report the driver. If not, I am afraid that you can't because you even got a fake receipt.
