Inviting Family members from Philippines to China

I want to invite my son (1 yr old)with my mom to come here this January if possible. My school said I can include my son's name in my visa with no any problem but not my mom. Is that right? My son needs accompanied adults to come over,can anyone give me some piece of advise? thanks

GUEST21100 Provide an invitation for both ur mom and son. She should have documents to prove that she's ur mom. She should secure a permit from DSWD that your she can accompany him. Just some thoughts... Or better yet, seek the help of an agent to process everything for u. :-)
