visa's for my chinese-in-laws

I am a US citizen and my wife is from China and would like her parents to visit for 6 months what do I need to do and what do my inlaws need to do?

GUEST2344 USCSO, I personally suggest that you may find a visa agent to help you deal with this. They are professional. The service fee isn't too expensive. It's difficult for a person who doesn't speak English to prepare all required documents.
