Well as the tittle says, I want to change find a job here in China, right now I am in Shanghai and I have a residence permit until September (so 6 months left). however, I might get an offer from a company. So I was wondering if I need to do the visa process and residence permit AGAIN... or!!! I can change the status of my visa and residence permit... I dont have any idea... Please help me...

Hey, so you must have resident permit for your study right now. Am I right? If so, you need to apply for a Z type and then change your Z for a temporary resident permit for employment.

You may try to find a job first. Then you go to local entry and exit management bureau to ask if you can apply for the Z type without leaving mainland CHina. If they require that you need to apply abroad, then you need get back to your own country to apply.
