Proof of kinship

My husband(Filipino) is currently working in Beijing. He wants to bring us there to live with him.. I understand for us to be his dependents one of the requirements is proof of kinship. But the thing is we are not yet married but we have two daughters, 2yrs old and 3 yrs old..
What proof of kinship I can give them.. Please help me. Thank u in advance..
