Chinese(BJ) and Foreigner(French) Divorce - Visa ?(live in BJ)

guestR Hi My wife and I have decided to Divorce after our 'happy' 3 years together (she decided to and i agreed)(marriage the 2 december 2012).

i wonder if my visa (resident permit) will be still valid (expire the 5 december 2015) than i have time to make my working Visa as a replacement to stay in china.

Thanks in advance for the help during this hard time.

GUEST56767 What kind of resident permit do you have? For family reunion? If you do not go to local entry and exit management bureau to report your situation, I think it still can be used until it expires.
