date to pick up visa?

I applied for a tourist (L) visa to China last Thursday and was given a receipt to pick up my visa on Tuesday, 11/24 (tomorrow). However, I cannot make it to the visa office tomorrow. Is it a strict date to pick up the visa, or can I come on any day afterward? I was hoping to go on Wednesday, so just one day later.
Any advice is helpful!

GUEST67854 Hey, if you can't go there tomorrow, you also can ask your family or friend to pick it up for you. If you don't want to bother other people, you can pick it up the day after tomorrow on your own.

According to what I know, Chinese embassy can keep your visa for a month.
