guest07187 I did trace on all ems website suggested but nothing give me an answer, seems they not yet update it. RR309562203PH. From philippines to macau, dropped the items from 01/01/2016.

I couldn't find any tracking result. If possible, you'd better go to the post office and ask them to help you find out what happened.
