You hear a lot of praises about this great country of beautiful landscapes and rich cultures. Is this what brings you to China? Surely there must be other reasons. What are they?

Of cos there are many and varied reasons why more people are flocking to China. Beside those stated by you, some of those that I can think of and experienced are ;-

1. Wine, women & songs
2. Prices are comparatively cheap
3. Work
4. Pure love of the country
5. Witness the development or making of a country to the next levels
6. The myths of the country

There must be many more.
I go for the 1st 5 reasons + those stated already by you.

I agree with Pinetree reasons. All that he listed are what won the hearts of those people.

Wocca has listed the reasons why people visited China. It is entirely different from what won theie hearts. There must be an element of Passion involved.

I would say there are only 3 reasons :

1. Women
2. Beautiful landscapes
3. Rich cultures

All other reasons are secondary. These are what that has been most talked about in this Forum. Every once in a while someone will come up with a WOMEN question. Disgusting!!
