In china,there were 8 famsous cuisine!This is a list:
Lu Cai---Shan Dong;
Yue Cai---GUang Dong;
Chuan Cai---Si Chuan;
Min Cai---Fu Jian;
Su Cai---Jiang Su;
Zhe Cai---Zhe Jiang;
Xiang Cai---Hu Nan;
Hui Cai---An Hui.

I think Huaiyang Cai is another name of Su Cai,I love Xiang Cai,what about you???

I prefer Canton Cuisine ,and Sichuan Cuisine is also good :P

When I came to Beijing,I have to eat Chuan Cai,so much!and I spent one year to suit for it!and now,I love shui zhu yu very much!

I like Sichuan food the best. I don't know what's Lucai famous for. I think it is not so exquisite as other types, but this is my personal opinion:-)

Sichuan cuisine Restaurant is everywhere in China! I like Yu Xiang Rou Si most!!

And hot pot!! Recently I read a e-magazine and it introduced a kind of hot pot seasoning containing less sugar. It's good for girls, right?? I'll try that next time.
