DREAMLIFE Points: Join Date: Sep 5, 2007 Status: offline	After Yahoo! refused MS's offer of 44.6 billion dollars on Feb.11, a source said that News Corp had discussed with Yahoo! to swap Myspace with Yahoo! in return for a 30 per cent stake in the enlarged group. It is said that both sides have discussed this issue for several times. However, they haven't reached an agreement on the value of Myspace. If this deal is made, Yahoo! needn't to be merged. On the other hand, New Corp could expand its networking service. Do you think Yahoo! will make a deal with News Corp? It is said that MS might raise its bid for Yahoo! to compete with Google.

KEVIN0518 Points: Join Date: Mar 13, 2007 Status: Offline	Personally, I think MS won't give up its bid for Yahoo. For Yahoo!, it is a good deal to cooperate with New Corp. At least, Yahoo! can avoid being acquired.
